Career Connections Curriculum (C3) – Starting October 1
We’re launching our C3 classes on October 1 to help students cultivate essential skills for post-high school employment.
There are 10 core lessons, including:
Goal setting
Motivations for success
Effective communication
Conflict management
Interviewing skills
Email etiquette
Ethical decision-making
Personal branding
Professional resume development
Advocacy
Internship Requirement: Students interested in internships must attend at least 8 out of 10 classes.
Students should sign the student agreement or visit Room 106 for more information.
Goodwin University Manufacturing Pentathlon & Expo – October 15
Pathways Academy students are invited to attend Goodwin University’s 2nd annual Manufacturing Pentathlon.
Event includes:
Manufacturing competition
Tour of the collegiate manufacturing program
Networking opportunities with local industry and insights into cutting-edge technologies.
Field trip forms are available in my office.
Aerospace Alley Future Workforce Fair – October 31
Date: October 31, 8:00 am – 11:30 am.
The 40 students attending this event, will have the chance to:
Network with over 100 aerospace companies
Explore careers in programming, design, communications, and technology.
