Last weekend a cohort of HPS Technology teachers partnered with Makerspace CT to take their 3D Printing skills to the next level. During the two-day course teachers built and calibrated new high-end Prusa 3D printers for their classrooms. They got hands on with CAM software to program the machines and discussed best practices for classroom and student applications of 3D printers. HPS students at all levels will use these new machines in technology courses to bring their ideas to life and develop assistive technology and other solutions for their communities.
