Malike McDonlad of Weaver High School at Senate Page Program

Malike X. McDonald, Class of 2026 at Weaver High School, has earned placement in the prestigious, highly competitive Senate Page program. The Senate Page program allows students from all over the United States to spend a semester working with a senator in Washington, D.C.

Malike will be working with Senator Chris Murphy. As part of the program, he’ll learn first-hand the value of public service, while assisting with roll call votes on the Senate floor, delivering legislative materials, supporting staff during debates, and more. Malike is one of just 30 pages from across the country participating this semester!

Congratulations to Malike, his family, and to Weaver High School on this prestigious achievement.
