Items included food, snack, and hygiene items. Hands On Hartford has Outreach teams that spread out over Hartford meeting with people who may need support and ensuring that they receive supports and services. The items that the Empowerment group collected are shared with people in need as part of Hands on Hartford's Homeless Outreach & Day Center Program's Homeless Outreach Snack and Hygiene Kits.
