Physical activity contributes to more than just fitness, to our focus, attention, memory, positive emotions and our ability to be resilient. Playing with others and sports not only improves our agility and coordination but also helps build skills to work well with others and be part of a team. Kids who participate in 2-4-1 programs feel more self-confident and connected and most importantly- they have FUN!

Before School: 7:50- 8:40 am
Grades 2-3: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Grades 4-5: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
April 15th through Friday, June 7th.
