Today, Tamara Mitchel, Assistant Director of Office of Family and Community Partnerships and Alejandro Martinez, Lead Family Community Support Service Provider Office of Community and Family Partnerships, from the Hartford Board of Education stopped by to surprise Vanessa Rodriguez, Kinsella’s Family and Community Support Service Provider (FCSSP) as one of three finalists for the “2024 FCSSP of the Year”!
