On November 9, 2023, Superintendent Dr. Leslie Torres-Rodriguez, Deputy Superintendent Paul Foster, and members of the Family & Community Partnerships and Communications teams presented a forum about how budgets are developed at Hartford Public Schools. The training is designed for members of our School Governance Councils, and all families, staff and partners were welcome to join.
