Please join us in congratulating Makye Wade on Winning the Class S State Championship in the long Jump!!! He won the State Title with a jump of 23ft - 4in!! With that jump, he is 2nd in the record books, and shattered his school record of 22 ft. 11 in. Makye has earned a spot to compete at the Connecticut State Open Indoor Track Championship this Saturday. Let's wish him luck as he continues his journey!

The Capital Prep Family would like everyone to join us in Congratulating Makye Wade (Senior) for receiving National Male Athlete of the Week award. Makye is currently ranked #13 in the Nation and #1 in CT for the Long Jump. He also holds the school record with a jump of 22ft-11 ¾ in.
